a good day yesterday was a waste of time.  The day turned into a f*ck fest (no CB not one of those), bosses what a waste of oxygen  Angry
I need out of here before I kill someone.

Still the sun is shining and I'm going down the pub at lunchtime  Cheesy  Oh and it's hump day so downhill from now on, in the good sense, that is  Grin

You'd think, given the physical limitations that there would only be a finite amount of crap to go around, however, I think you have disproved this theory. Either that or your firm is the crap magnet of the universe  Angry

Of course I have always known 99% managers = crap, and just in case they forget i remind mine quite often..not good for the career but it keeps him off my back..to be honest he's quite a good manager but I'll never let on I think so!!

GfL you really do care too much, that's why you get so wound up..where as in my case i know if I drop dead tomorrow (hope I don't) that the machine will still turn so I only care enough to do what i gotta do properly, then I'm off!!..kick back and relax..quality chill time!!

PW, I think I get frustrated because I can see where they are going wrong and no matter what you say, obviously, the end decision is theirs.  OK, when it goes tits up you can sit there and say "well I did tell you so" but it doesn't help and then you have the fight to get things back on track.  As you once said before bosses don't listen to the lowly minions, those on the "front line", if they did maybe things wouldn't be so stressful.

Funny thing is I am nowhere near as conscientious here as I was at my previous company and as for loyalty it was 100% to my previous boss but there is none here.

I will have to type up a mantra along the lines of "the machine will still turn without me" repeat 100 times morning and night and maybe I'll stop caring LOL   Grin
