PW, I think I get frustrated because I can see where they are going wrong and no matter what you say, obviously, the end decision is theirs. OK, when it goes tits up you can sit there and say "well I did tell you so" but it doesn't help and then you have the fight to get things back on track. As you once said before bosses don't listen to the lowly minions, those on the "front line", if they did maybe things wouldn't be so stressful.
Funny thing is I am nowhere near as conscientious here as I was at my previous company and as for loyalty it was 100% to my previous boss but there is none here.
I will have to type up a mantra along the lines of "the machine will still turn without me" repeat 100 times morning and night and maybe I'll stop caring LOL
