You should check everything that uses fluids i.e. brake reservoirs, clutch reservoir if you have hydraulic clutch, transmission.
Whilst you are digging around the bike, check your brake pads and adjust any play in the clutch (cable type), also check all bulbs and lights.
Other than getting your tools out, there is not a lot you can do on your bike, one last thing is check for wear and tension on the drive belt.
It should be tight with a little spring in it when you press down on it. to check for wear just run your finger along the underside of the belt feeling for frayed edges, missing/damaged teeth.
