www.4HD.net supporting Veterans in the UK and USA.
As our various governments seem to think that getting killed or injured for your Country is not a priority issue, we at 4HD.net have grabbed the bull by the horns and here is what we are doing.
We are raising funds for Veterans Charities with every order you place as we donate a percentage of the profit to charity.
In addition, through Guns affilliation with the Royal British Legion Riders, we aim to raise funds for the Poppy Appeal which helps the Royal British Legion fund the support and rehabilitation of current serving and veteran members of the British Armed Forces.
We are also very keen to get involved with Help For Heroes whose help is invaluable to a great many ex-servicemen and women injured in the line of duty. So please show your support for our Troops and when the time comes, buy that poppy, it really can make a difference.
To find out more about the Royal British Legion and the poppy appeal, please take a look at www.poppy.org

Thanks

Guns & the 4HD Team

sort of, still out of sorts I know that not just because of the muscle aches but the fact I'm still sleeping like a log lol    I think that is just the lack of food as, apart from a couple of slices of toast, I haven't eaten since Sunday night when it started. Details are not required but I wouldn't wish it even on my worst enemy.  It certainly helps you lose weight I know that !!    Huh

Thanks to Guns for playing nurse and not wearing the uniform to go with the part  Cheesy

Today will be the true test food wise and then back to work tomorrow I dread to think of what I will be going back to but I do know that I'm not going to push it - bet you never thought you'd hear me say that !

Most importantly of all thank you for the get well wishes and hugs I loved each and every one of them and PW you know OXO is nowhere near the class that Marmite is in  Grin

One good thing (for me) the boss has had it too so he knows how I'm feeling and that I'm not trying to pull a fast one and just get time off without using actual holiday.  I have to admit I've been here since my normal time and I'm ready for a sleep lol

Remember the carry on film where Bernard Bresslaw dressed up as a nurse - stockings and all...... ?  Now I wouldn't be the one to say Guns has a uniform but I wonder if he would look as good (or should that be as bad) as Bernard.  Time to run and duck.

Thanks for the welcome back and I just don't know about the oxo I like it on my roast tatties  Grin
