Recently we have experienced a vast number of questions from customers about various products.
Whilst we will do our best to answer these questions, we must stress that it is down to the individual to establish the suitability of a part for use on their motorcycle.

We do have excellent in house product knowledge, however, we cannot be expected to know everything.
In order for us to be able to assist you with any questions you may have about a particular product or it's suitability for use on a particular model of motorcycle we would like to introduce the following process:

1/ We can only support registered members of this website, so if you have a question please regsiter your details before making contact with us.
2/ Member queries will always be dealt with before any General Enquiries so registering will get you a faster response.
3/ Please add the item you you are interested in into your "Wishlist". Tis can be done simply by clicking the button next to the relevant item in the web store.
4/ Please use the "Contact Us" link which is displayed on every page of this website and state as clearly as possible the information you need.
5/ Please provide us with your contact details on the form and your regsiterd username so that we can identify your request and process it accordingly.

We will endeavour to answer any questions within 7 days, however, some may take longer based upon the complexity of the question and the availability of information from suppliers/manufacturers.

We hope this will help you find the answers you seek in a quick and efficient manner.
