Well folks, I am very pleased and proud to announce that Anglo-American Custom Cycle Ltd (www.4HD.net) is the FIRST UK member of The International Master Bike Builders Association (IMBBA)
This is indeed an honour to be a part of an organisation that strives to give independant custom bike builders recognised credentials.
Unlike the Big firms like H-D, there is no way to check on the skills, qualifications and reputation of a bike builder other than word of mouth or their own websites. The IMBBA provides a certification track from Mechanic through to Master Bike Builder and believe me, the coursework is no walk in the park. This is a huge step forward without having to suffer the regulations that Government approved schemes force upon small builders.

sitting here drinking herbal tea and thinking "I fancy a brandy"  guess I'm eager for the weekend despite there being no rugby.  So, other than getting the tenants to renew the lease for another year on my house I guess we've got a pretty lazy w/end ahead.  Weather's meant to be crap   Sad   What a wonderful August.

Using some of the overtime owed to me to get out early - fingers xd for me - already getting the "got to sort this today" routine - just said "should've got me involved when you got it I'm planning on going 1500hrs" lol 

Anyone got exciting plans?

Well not really exciting, Mrs PW is away until nexr Friday visiting family, and I'm trying to get enthused about getting my accounts up to date.

Other than that hopefully I'll get around to do some of the things I like to do but don't seem to when Mrs PW is at home.
